VERIGEST SA Domiciliation : a regulated profession

In its capacity of chartered accountant, VERIGEST SA, who is a certified agent for domiciliations, is entitled to use its own address to harbour the corporate head office of your Luxembourg based company.

The legal framework :

The latest legal developments with regard to anti-money laundering initiatives have narrowed the gap in which financial operations can be conducted. Rights and obligations of the agent who provides you with a legal address have been made very clear nowadays and there is no space left for any kind of ambiguity relating to the responsibilities of the managers, who, in the case of VERIGEST, are subjected to the control of the Chartered Accountants Supervisory Body.

VERIGEST SA has opted to merge these legal evolutions with a more selective philosophy. In the face of new legislation, we are putting the accent on value-added services by choosing to collaborate more likely with customers who share our concerns and who are receptive to our professional approach. We are seeking longer term relationships built on mutual confidence and transparent cooperation.

This is how it works :

Your company resides at the same address as VERIGEST's own office.

Your company is administered at this address, the decisions and resolutions are taken there, and all official documents are kept at this one and only address. This is also true for the handling of all incoming and outgoing mail. The life of your company takes place here, and therefore all activities fall under Luxembourg regulated tax law.

The contract :

The convention foresees that the company must elect its residence at the same address as the trust company who in turn accepts domiciliation against royalties which are to be paid annually.

Rights and obligations are clearly spelled out; clauses on discretion and confidentiality, as well as, the means of communications are precisely stated in the contract.
