Our staff knows how to listen and to advise you to the best of their knowledge in order to find the type of solutions that fulfil your requirements.

Founded in 1992 by Carlo Dax, the "Société de Gestion Fiduciaire" has grown rapidly and has extended its services to customers from over 14 countries who are being served by a staff of 15 associates.

Our manageable size allows us to react quickly and our structure a highly personalised service in the areas of company incorporation and domiciliation, passing via accounting, tax services and company management.

Three entities working in synergy

While SGF takes care of setting up companies and delivering related fiduciary services, VERICOM and VERIGEST are assuming the responsibility of Account Auditorship and Domiciliation. This specialisation creates efficiency without loosing the synergies that exist between those segmented structures.

By respecting the principles of transparency, our internal administration has put a detailed billing system into place that displays the time that was effectively spent on your project by our staff. Our management control is therefore capable to optimise performance and quality at the same time and to strengthen the relationship of confidence that is instrumental for a fruitful cooperation.

Being part of CPI (Consult Project International) with business partners from all over Europe and by having solid relationships with our local partners (lawyers, bankers, notaries) allow us to fully meet your expectations.
